I was able to come and do a tour and see how it worked and I knew that that’s what I wanted to do. My ah-ha moment was when Marissa was explaining it and breaking it down for me. The level system helped push me towards new goals and grow my potential as a stylist. My manager (Marissa) was always in my corner telling me I have the potential to move up, always pushing in the best ways to grow as a stylist which made me want to level up. Mentoring in the first year was a surprise and a huge opportunity that was presented to me. This experience has also been amazing to see how a shop runs behind the scenes. My end goal is to use this opportunity to become the best stylist I can be.”
